Looking to strengthen your English or French? We can connect you with the Language Research Development Group (LRDG), a self-directed second language training program available to military families. This comprehensive online curriculum includes 16 modules aligned with Government of Canada A, B, and C linguistic levels, giving you the flexibility to work toward your language goals at your own pace. 

The Comox Military Family Resource Centre offers welcoming information sessions for newly posted members and their families. Get a personalized Welcome Package full of valuable information, tips and tricks on integrating into your new community.

When a Canadian Armed Forces member makes the transition from active service to veteran status, their family does too. The Veteran Family Program is here to help ease that transition by providing enhanced information and referral services, specialized transition programs and some of the traditional programs offered through Military Family Resource Centres.
