Brave Heart Club

Brave Hearts Club is a weekly support group for children growing up in military families. Through age-appropriate conversations, games, crafts, and peer bonding, children are given a safe, supportive space to explore the challenges — and strengths — that come with military life.

This group is designed specifically for children ages 7 to 12, who may be experiencing: Frequent relocations and changing schools,  A parent or caregiver's deployment or absence, Feelings of uncertainty, stress, or missing family.  The ups and downs of living a military lifestyle

What Kids Can Expect:

• Creative Activities & Crafts that help express emotions

• Games & Group Time to build friendships and trust

• Guided Discussions led by a trained facilitator, focused on: coping with change, talking about big feelings, staying connected with faraway family, celebrating resilience and bravery.
